1. Data we collect

Depending on your use, we may process:

• Account data (email address and profile attributes from your sign-in provider).
• Session and booking data (selected scenarios/roles and availability you submit).
• Video consent records (consent version/text you confirm before joining a call).
• Partner feedback (free-text and numeric ratings you submit).
• Analytics data (only if you opt in to analytics cookies).

2. How we use your data

We use personal data to:

• Provide the service (matching, session scheduling, and feedback).
• Comply with GDPR obligations (including account deletion).
• Operate and improve our product (analytics only with your opt-in consent).

3. Legal bases

We process your data based on:

• Contract / service performance.
• Your consent (for analytics cookies and video processing).
• Our legitimate interests (service operation and security).
• Legal obligations (where applicable).

4. Video Calls

When you start a session, we use a third-party video service to enable audio/video communication. We record your video processing consent before you join the call.

5. Analytics – Opt-in Only

We use an analytics service to understand product usage (e.g., onboarding, booking, and session funnels). Analytics cookies and tracking events are only enabled after you opt in. See our Cookie Policy for details.

6. Account Deletion (Anonymization)

If you delete your account, we anonymize your identifying information in accordance with our GDPR account deletion strategy. Numeric ratings and historical sessions remain under an anonymized identity; free-text partner feedback is redacted upon deletion.

Anonymized user records are retained for a limited period (default: 90 days) for referential integrity before being permanently purged.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to data portability and, where applicable, to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Data Transfers

We use third-party service providers to deliver our service. While we prefer providers that process data within the European Union, some providers may operate globally or process data in other regions. Where this is the case, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) in accordance with GDPR requirements.
