Delete from the Android app or web

If you can still sign in, the fastest path is in the product:

• Android app: Profile → Account → Delete account.
• Web app: open Profile, then use Delete account in the danger zone and follow the confirmation steps.

After you confirm deletion, your account is disabled and your identifying personal data is deleted or anonymized.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request below. We only need the email address on the account so we can verify ownership. Your name is optional. We never ask for your password or one-time codes on this page.

What we delete or anonymize

• Account email and identifying name details are removed. Your sign-in account is disabled and existing sessions are signed out.
• Learner profile data is deleted.
• Pending matches and friend invites are canceled.
• Free-text feedback you wrote is redacted. Numeric ratings remain under an anonymized identity.
• Technical identifiers stored with video consent (such as a hashed IP address and browser information) are cleared.

Historical practice sessions and partner links may remain so the product can show non-identifying history (for example "Former partner").

An anonymized user row may be retained for referential integrity, fraud prevention, security, and dispute handling. This record no longer contains the user's account email, name, profile attributes, or active authentication credentials. Remaining anonymized records may be deleted later when they are no longer operationally or legally required.
